Progress By Me

Had a great workout today. I've been so crazy efficient today I love it. Pumped iron, my guns are killing me. But on the plus side, I've been losing lots of water weight, and I've been gaining back my tone that I had worked hard for before. So life is good. That is all. Good night, and good luck.

Yesterday I ran. Woo! First run in ages. I haven't run at all for at least since the Ice Bucket Challenge, which was a while ago, and that was a measly little run. And before that, I hadn't run in months. Mainly that's because I had switched away from running, but whatever.

Hi. I'm Dovid. It's pronounced DUH-vid. Imagine my name is David, and then substitute the Dave portion with DUH. Or Dove (the bird). Whatever. It's Dovid. My full name is Dovid Elchonan Zev Stern, but I won't hold you to that. The point is that I'm a dude, I'm a Jew, and I'm well, me.
